Booked a room with magnificent views of the Lake of Galilee. Got good bed and clean bathroom. The service was good with a very quick check-in. Besides, greatly enjoyed public parking to keep our car safe.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. First of all, the location was fantastic, right by the beach and within walking distance from all the attractions along the promenade. The views from the upper floors were breathtaking, and I couldn't help but admire them from my room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with nice attention to detail and comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of options and even free drinks to start the day off right.
All was great, nothing to complain about!

While there were a few minor areas that could be improved upon, overall, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel offered us complementary wine and chocolate in our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is great as it is close to many attractions. The view from the room was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrise over the sea.
The internet connection was poor and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with friends and family during the holiday season. Additionally, the room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around comfortably with our luggage.
